From Monday to Friday, you can visit the Fish Auction at 16:15, 16:45, 17:15, and 17:45, at a price of 2€. A visit will be done in Catalan, but audio guides in Spanish, English and French can be available on your mobile.
Every Monday you can take a guided tour of the Fishing Museum at 7 pm, free, with the entrance to the Museum and Tai-Chi at 7 pm in Plaza Ezaquiel Torroella, with a voluntary contribution.
Every Tuesday, apart from the Weekly Market, there is a fishing tourism trip aboard the boat “Estrella dels Sur III” visiting the experience of being a shrimp fisherman for a day. As well as Zumba on the beach, and a guided tour with tasting of Palamós shrimp from 19:30 to 20:30 at the Fishing Museum.
Every Wednesday, you can have the experience of fishing tourism with a trip aboard the boat “Estrella dels Sur III” visit the experience of being a shrimp fisherman for a day. Pilates on the beach from 9:30 a. m. to 10:30 a. m. , followed by a guided tour of the Fishing Museum in English.

Every Thursday, you can enjoy a walking route through the port of Palamós, for € 4, and “Combat” on the beach.
On Fridays, there is a show-cooking of seafood cuisine with fish from the fishermen‘s guild of Palamós with a tasting of dishes and 4 tastings, for € 25. Also, every Friday in July we have the cycle of concerts of Rumb(a)Palamós.
On Saturdays, to start the day relaxed, you can enjoy Yoga on the Platja Gran de Palamós, followed by the summer craft market in La Fosca from 2 pm. To end the day you can go to a Show-Cooking of seafood cuisine through the 5 senses with 5 tastings, for € 29.
On Sundays, you can go kayaking at 9 and 9:30 and dance on the Platja Gran de Palamós.
