A small, quiet cove located next to Palamós’s marina.

The beach is 40 metres long and approximately 22 metres wide. It has coarse-grained sand and stones. The slope into the sea is gentle and the sea bed is rocky. It is usually fairly quiet. It is bordered to the right by the port and to the left by a small artificial breakwater leading to some islets known as the Esculls d’en Roca.

Various dive centres offer introductory courses here. Boats sail from the port to visit various spots with interesting sea beds. One of the most important attractions is the Boreas, a sunken ship just over a mile from the port.
