Cala Margarida is a beach in a semi-urban setting with an very maritime character. It is flanked by a row of fishermen’s huts that have been converted into summer houses. It has coarse sand mixed with stones and the seabed is rocky (wearing rubber footwear is recommended). The beach is around 100 metres long and almost 10 metres wide.
A coastal path starts at the left of the beach and skirts all of cap Gros. This massif is covered in pines and there are no buildings on it. Its sea front is made up of tall cliffs. Facing the beach are some islets, known as la Negra and, further to the left, la Figuera Borda. These are ideal for diving.
